These brownies are one of my favorite ways to use duck eggs! They are much richer than your average brownie, and have a fun little mocha twist. If you don't have duck eggs on hand, you can always substitute with chicken eggs.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp. instant coffee
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 duck eggs (or 3 chicken eggs)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°
2. In medium bowl, mix all ingredients.
3. Pour batter into greased 8x8 dish.
4. Bake 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
5. Let cool before cutting, and enjoy!
